Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review the details below.
📦 Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
📨 Return Process
To return an item, please email us at admin@blestart.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA, securely pack your item in its original packaging and ship it to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.
💳 Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days for us to complete the process. Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
⚠️ Exceptions
Custom made items, pre-ordered items, discounted items, and collectible items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
📌 Important Notes
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be received in good condition without damage; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Refunds will not be processed until the returned items have been received by us. It may take up to two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund to be completed. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the items were lost or damaged in transit.
