Our handcrafted olive wood items are made with care and attention to detail. While they do not come with a formal manufacturer’s warranty, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase, so we’ll do our best to make the return process simple and stress-free.

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery times depend on your location, but typically take 3–4 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
